Pride and Joy - graphite

Here is my latest just finished. For me, this was a trip down memory lane, this is drawing is based on a photo of me and my dad. Graphite on Bristol Illustration paper. Hope you like it!

Mel

My girlfriend Mel posed for me for this drawing - graphite and charcoal on tinted Canson paper.

Tiger

Here is the tiger study finally finished. Hope you like it!

Beach scene

Here is the beach scene finished apart from some minor tweaking to be done on the rocks. They still need a little shading here and there.

Monkey Business

The local show is looming and I thought it was time to drag the pastels out for another wildlife painting. Quite appropriate for Monkey Paw Gallery, don't you think?

Holly

Here is a quick pastel of my dog Holly - this is on velour paper. Difficult at times to work with but great results.

WIP - Tiger

Been working on a tiger drawing, still laid up with the broken knee. Can't wait to get back to the studio. Hope you like this so far...
